¹ Member agrees that the Mobile Check Deposit service is not subject to Veridian's standard funds availability schedule and may not be subject to Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC. If a Qualifying Item is received via Mobile Check Deposit on a Business Day prior to 2:00 p.m. Central Time (CT), the item will post by 8:00 p.m. CT of that Business Day. Qualifying items received after the 2:00 p.m. CT deadline on a Business Day will post by 8:00 p.m. CT of the next Business Day. Items received on a non-Business Day will post by 8:00 p.m. CT of the next Business Day. Funds availability is subject to any holds as outlined below and Veridian reserves the right to modify the posting times outlined above without notice.
² Veridian reserves the right to place holds on funds deposited through the use of this service for any legal reason. The lengths of such holds will be determined by Veridian at its sole discretion.
