What are the key terms in the TellerPhone System?

To access TellerPhone, you'll need:

•  your account number
•  your Social Security number (or your ITIN)
•  your TIN (Telephone Identification Number)

Using an account number will give you immediate access to the details of that account, while using your Social Security Number (or ITIN) will give you a list of your accounts to pick from. 

When logged into TellerPhone, follow the prompts to get the information you are looking for. 

Note: An ITIN is an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number for those without a Social Security Number.
