How does Overdraft Protection work?
If a check, electronic withdrawal, or debit card purchase exceeds the available funds in your checking account, Overdraft Protection can transfer funds from an eligible savings account, money market account, or Quick Draw loan to cover the transaction.
Only the amount needed to cover the transaction is transferred.

To set up or update your Overdraft Protection sources, use Account Services within digital banking, contact a Veridian representative, or visit a branch. To apply for a Quick Draw, apply online, contact a Veridian representative or visit a branch.
