What is the annual contribution limit for a Traditional IRA?

The annual contribution limit for a Traditional IRA is $6000 for individuals 50 & younger. Married couples may be able to contribute up to double the individual IRA maximum, but should consult with a tax professional.

If the individual is over 50, $7000 is their contribution limit.
