My debit or credit card was declined when I tried to use it. What should I do?
If you card is declined:
- Make sure you have sufficient funds or available credit on your account
- Verify the card has not expired
- If making an online purchase, confirm the card number, expiration date and CVV are entered correctly
- Check whether you've reached your daily withdrawal or purchase limit
