Premium and Premium Plus Checking Qualifications and Requirements
With Premium and Premium Plus Checking at Veridian, earning more is easier than ever. If you have a Premium or Premium Plus Checking account, you can earn your premium interest rate each month when you complete the following:
1. Set up direct deposit with your Veridian account.
Direct deposit is required to earn your premium interest rate. It lets your paycheck or government deposits go straight into your Veridian account, so your money is ready to use right away.
To set it up through your employer or government benefits department, you’ll need:
• Veridian’s routing number: 273976369
• Your full Veridian account number

2. Turn on eStatements (eDocs).
You must also enroll in eStatements. With eStatements, you can view your statements, tax documents and notices securely in online banking or the mobile app, instead of through the mail.
You can enroll in just a few steps:
• In online banking: Go to Accounts and Loans → Statements and Notices and follow the prompts.
• In the mobile app: Tap More → Accounts and Loans → Statements and Notices, then follow the instructions to enroll.
Once you’re enrolled, we’ll email you whenever there’s something new to view, and your documents will be available for up to two years.
3. Use your Veridian card for everyday purchases.
You must make at least 15 credit or debit card (depending on your account type) transactions each month, averaging at least $10 each to qualify. Use your card for everyday purchases, like gas, groceries and more.
Earn Your Premium Rate
When you meet the requirements above, you’ll earn your premium interest rate.
Any associated card purchases must settle and post to the account/card between the first day of the month and the second to last day of the month. Any pending transaction and/or transactions posted on the last day of the month will be applied to the next month's totals.
Interest payments will post to your account on the last day of each month.
