Veridian Credit Union’s Field Daze Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MEMBERSHIP AT VERIDIAN CREDIT UNION (“VERIDIAN”) IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE OF IOWA, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, WISCONSIN AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF VERIDIAN, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Start and End Date. All entries must be submitted between 8:00 a.m. CDT on the individual contest start date and 11:59 p.m. CDT on the individual contest end date, as specified below. Each concert has its own individual contest, and entries for each contest will only be accepted during the specified contest’s entry period as follows:
- An Evening with CAKE: April 19 – 28, 2024
- Willie Nelson & Family: May 3 – 12, 2024
- Robert Plant & Alison Krauss: May 15 – 26, 2024
- Jon Pardi: May 17 – 26, 2024
- REO Speedwagon: May 24 – June 2, 2024
- Brantley Gilbert: June 14 – 23, 2024
- Jamey Johnson: July 26 – August 4, 2024
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri or Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older and Nebraska who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Not open to Veridian employees, Board of Directors or any of their respective affiliates or immediate family members. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter. Individuals may enter any individual contest in the Sweepstakes by visiting https://www.veridiancu.org/fielddaze, navigating to the section for the desired concert, clicking on the sweepstakes link and completing the supplied registration form in its entirety. Entrants are required to provide (a) first and last name and (b) current valid email address. Limit of one entry per person per contest. Entrants may earn additional contest entries by visiting the supplied link on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, or inviting up to two qualified friends to enter the sweepstakes via the supplied referral link provided the referred entrants access the registration form through the referring entrant’s personalized link and complete the registration form in its entirety.
Alternate Method of Entry. Individuals may also enter any individual contest in the Sweepstakes by printing the words “Field Daze Sweepstakes” and their full name, address, contact information, date, and name of concert on a 3x5 card or postcard and mailing it (1 per envelope) to: Veridian Credit Union Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing, 1201 S. Ankeny Blvd., Ankeny, IA 50023. Mail-in entries must be received by the end date of the specified concert’s registration period.
Random Drawing. Additional drawing dates may be added. The Official Rules will be updated accordingly. Drawing dates are subject to change without notice. Sweepstakes winners will be selected from each individual contest from all eligible entries for that contest. Each winner will receive 1 prize per contest. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries. Limit of 1 prize per household per contest. A random drawing for each individual contest will be held on the first business day following the end date of the specified concert’s registration period as follows:

Disclaimer. Veridian assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware, or other technical failures; or any other reason, including but not limited to incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or lost entries by mail or otherwise. If, for any reason, the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes becomes compromised, Veridian reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Prizes. Each winner shall receive two concert tickets. Retail value per ticket ranges between $45 to $49. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes, fees, and expenses relating to winning or using the prize.
Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by email within one business day of the applicable drawing date. Failure to respond to notification within 48 hours, an inability of Veridian to reach a potential prize winner, or a return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize. Unclaimed prizes may be disposed of at Veridian’s discretion.
Release. Entrants authorize Veridian to use their name, voice, and likeness in promotional material and for advertising, public relations, editorial, and all other permissible purposes worldwide, in any media, in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability. Veridian is not responsible for any damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained resulting from entering or participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering or participating in this Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that Veridian, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, media partners shall not be liable for any loss, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the Sweepstakes’ participation, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. Veridian is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials. To the fullest extent permitted by relevant law, everything in connection with this Sweepstakes, including the prize, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Dispute Resolution. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Veridian and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Iowa and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
