Our new Online and Mobile Banking has arrived.

Have you enrolled for Online or Mobile Banking yet? Here's what you need to know.

Logging in after you've enrolled 

After you've successfully logged in to Online Banking, be sure to set up your accounts, settings, and dashboard just the way you like. You can even adjust your username, password, and images. View our videos to help walk you through set-up.

When you log back in and enter in your username, you may see this message at the top:

"Either we don't recognize your username or we don't recognize this device."

This means that the last time you logged in, you didn't ask the system to remember you. You will have to answer one of your security questions to log in again. To avoid answering security questions in the future, check the box next to "Remember me on this device" before hitting continue.


Enrolling for the first time

If you have used Online Banking with Veridian before:

  • Begin the registration process by entering your last name and last five of your social security number (SSN) in the login box at the top right corner or download our new Mobile App.

If you have never used Online Banking before, you will need to contact us to get started.

If you only used our Mobile App, you will need to contact us to get you started in our new app.
