Cards on Demand
Each of our branches has the ability to print debit and credit cards on demand. Whether you're opening a new account or replacing a lost or stolen card, you won't have to wait for a card to arrive in the mail. Stop in, get a new card, and get back to your day.
If you work 9 to 5, it can be hard to find time to bank. That's why we have extended and weekend hours at many of our drive-ups and branches, including our convenient Hy-Vee locations. Our Member Contact Center is also open later so we're here to help you when you need it.
Online & Mobile Banking
Skip the branch altogether using our online banking platform and our mobile app. You can access your accounts from anywhere you have an internet connection to check your balances, make payments and transfers, and see upcoming due dates for bills.
Cut down on paper clutter at home and let us handle the filing with Veridian's eDocs service. You'll get your statements electronically through online banking, where we'll store them for two years. And you can get notified when there's a new statement, notice or tax document to view.
Remote Check Deposit
You can use your smartphone and our mobile app to deposit your checks without stopping by a branch. After endorsing the check and writing "For VCU Mobile Deposit Only" under your signature, you'll take a picture of each side of the check and upload it for deposit.
