What happens if I apply for an ITIN with Veridian and then become eligible for a Social Security Number?
You will need to contact the IRS to provide a statement of change of status to a social security number. The statement should include your name, address, ITIN, and new SSN. The statement must be dated and signed. Mail the statement to:
