A Veridian security code is a 4-digit number used to confirm your identity when you call or chat with us. This number is selected when the account is opened, but may be updated by request.

If you don’t know your code, you can:

• Request it to be mailed or sent in a secured message through our digital banking by live chat or phone
• Visit any branch with a photo ID
