What is the difference between a Conservator and Guardianship membership?
Conservator membership: The Conservator is responsible for using the funds to take care of an incompetent individual's financial affairs (per court appointment).
Guardianship: The Guardian is responsible for taking care of an incompetent individual's well-being (food, clothing, shelter, etc.), and is not responsible for caring for the individual's financial affairs.
