Can I deposit a foreign check?

Veridian accepts foreign checks drawn on Canadian financial institutions in either Canadian dollars (CAD) or U.S. dollars (USD). These checks may be deposited at any Veridian branch at no cost; a required processing form must be completed and signed at the time of deposit. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Foreign checks must be endorsed and deposited in person by the original payee(s); deposits by mobile app are not accepted. If a member does not have access to a Veridian branch, the required processing form can be mailed to complete, sign, and return with the endorsed foreign check.
