How can I place a Stop Payment on a check or ACH item?

To request a stop payment on a check you wrote, log into digital banking, click on the “Transfer & Pay”, then choose “Check Stop Payment” from the menu at the top. Click "new check stop pay request" and fill in all the required fields. 

To place a stop payment on an ACH item, please reach out to a representative via phone, chat, secured message or at any branch location.
