Mortgage Professionals Earn State Awards
Iowa and Nebraska mortgage associations recognize excellence in lending.

Veridian Mortgage Loan Originators across Iowa and Nebraska have been recognized by their respective state mortgage associations for outstanding performance. The awards reflect exceptional performance, leadership and a strong commitment to serving homebuyers and communities across the two states.
The Nebraska Mortgage Association (NMA) recognizes top performance with its annual Champion’s Circle Awards. Veridian’s Nichole James and Lauren Nissen were both recognized with Champion’s Circle Platinum Awards, and Melina Arroyo received a Champion’s Circle Silver Award.
The Iowa Mortgage Association (IMA) names top producers to its Winner's Circle and President's Club. Veridian’s Bob Borcherding was named to IMA’s Winner's Circle. Those named to the association’s President’s Club include Jake Arends, Ibrahim “Gigo” Cejvanovic, Mark DouBrava, Emily Feagins, Pete Halvorson, Lori Honermann, Neil Kennedy, John Moore, Scott Mueller, Angie Rael, Stacey Reicherts, Chris Weihe Vazquez and Michelle York.
“These award winners represent some of the best of our mortgage team,” said Chris McGovern, Manager of Mortgage Lending. “They’re committed to doing the right thing for every member every time. We’re are incredibly proud of their hard work and the positive impact they make in the communities we serve.”
Awards were presented at the NMA Annual Conference and IMA Spring Conference. As an organization, Veridian was also named a 2025 Gold Mortgage Lender by the Iowa Finance Authority.
