Veridian Credit Union has set aside $3 million for Disaster Assistance Loans to help individuals recover from recent storm damage. This temporary loan program offers low‑cost financing for people facing unexpected repair and recovery costs after recent severe weather.
Funds are available through August 31, 2026, or until the full $3 million has been loaned out, whichever occurs first.
“Unexpected expenses are a reality of life, but they shouldn’t become a long-term financial burden,” said Veridian President & CEO Renee Christoffer. “Access to low-cost financing can make all the difference when managing unexpected costs, and Disaster Assistance Loans are designed to offer support for those unique, timely needs.”
