Coronavirus Response

Learn more about our pandemic response.
All Veridian branches, including those located inside Hy-Vee stores, are now open for teller transactions, loans, new accounts and more. Face coverings are required in all branches for the safety of our members, employees and communities.
No-contact account access
Members who prefer not to wear a face covering will still be able to access a variety of no-contact service options.
- Transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks and more with just a few clicks in online banking and our mobile app. If you haven't already, register for online banking now. You can also access help with online and mobile banking, including resetting your username or password.
- To connect with a specific department at Veridian, send us an email.
- If your transaction must take place in person, visit one of our drive-ups or ATMs.
- Call or chat into our Member Contact Center for help with other needs.
Financial assistance
There are several ways we may be able to help members experiencing financial hardship as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic:
- If you need help, complete this form so we can review your options together.
- We've set aside $3 million for Financial Assistance Loans to eligible members*. Financial Assistance Loans are designed to offer a low-interest way for current members (as of March 23, 2020) who are financially impacted by the Coronavirus to manage expenses during loss of income. The first payment isn't due for 90 days.
- We know your economic stimulus payment is important to you, so we’ve worked to expedite members’ stimulus payments prior to Veridian receiving the funds from the federal government. As a result, if your stimulus payment is currently pending, your money should be available in your account later the same day.
- Unfortunately, we're no longer able to accept applications for the SBA Paycheck Protection Program at this time. We will continue to update this page if that changes.
Information on community-based resources is also available from Iowa/Nebraska 211.
Social distancing
Veridian is following guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Iowa Department of Public Health and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. We'll continue to monitor updates on the Coronavirus closely, and our response will adapt promptly to initiate new precautions in all Veridian branches and offices as necessary.
