North Liberty’s City Slate is a collection of special events planned by city staff. Every event on the slate is free to attend, and the team has many events in store every year.
Fridays in July: Ranshaw House Concert SeriesCatch up with friends and socialize as a community on the Ranshaw House lawn. Bring a picnic, BYOB and enjoy live music from local artists performing on the historic house’s front porch.
July 3: Fireworks Enjoy a fantastic display at Penn Meadows Park the evening before your Independence Day celebrations!
July 10: Eras in the Park: A Free Taylor Swift Tribute for Fans of Every Era Sing and dance at this all-ages, free outdoor show celebrating the music and eras of Taylor Swift, as performed by Swift Nation. Swift Nation Tribute is a cover band that has no association with Taylor Swift, her brand or corporate entities in any way. This show is fan-sponsored and not endorsed by or affiliated with TAS Rights Management, Taylor Swift, or their affiliated entities.
August 23: Street Dance A community block party with live music – featuring party band The Punching Pandas dancing, food, drinks and games.
