Africa Fest
A joyful celebration of African arts and culture in Iowa!
The African Festival of Arts and Culture celebrates the vibrant presence of Africans in Iowa and highlights the rich cultural traditions they have brought with them. Africa Fest performances and booths will showcase some of the cuisines, musical traditions, fashions, and art of the African groups who call Iowa home. The schedule of events includes a Parade of Nations Fashion Show, Afroband243, choirs and dance troupes, acrobatic tricks on unicycles and bicycles.
