What do I need to know about online banking?

Account Requirements
The following are required to access online banking.

  • An active Veridian savings, checking, loan, or Visa account
  • Internet access
  • A member account number and password
  • An Internet browser with SSL encryption

First Time Online Banking Users
Sign up and start using online banking today. To sign up, you'll first need to enroll. Click the Enroll link on the online banking sign-on box and follow the instructions. The first time you use online banking you will be required to enter your member number and the primary account holder’s date of birth and Social Security number (or tax ID number for businesses) for secure access. If you have problems enrolling, give us a call at (319) 236-5600 or toll-free at (800) 235-3228 for assistance.

Locked out?
If you have forgotten the answers to your password questions or have been locked out due to answering the questions incorrectly, you can close your browser window and try again later, or contact Veridian. Call us at (319) 236-5600 or toll-free at (800) 235-3228 to have your password and challenge questions reset. Please have your Security code/TIN ready. We'll give you a password in minutes and you'll have access to online banking today
