Veridian awards one $2,000 scholarship in each of four categories for students enrolled in an accredited program for the following academic year. The credit union’s scholarship categories include Incoming Freshman, Undergraduate and Graduate. An ArtShare Scholarship is also awarded for $2,000 toward tuition for an education leading to a career in the arts.

While applications vary slightly each year, there are some common application requirements.

  1. Applicants must be a Veridian member in good standing with an account in their own name.
  2. Veridian staff, directors and their immediate relatives are not eligible.
  3. Applicants will be required to submit a 500-word essay on a provided topic.
  4. Applicants will also submit a typed, business-style resume.
