Frequently Asked Questions
Points are automatically earned on all the purchases you make with your Visa Signature Card. Unlike other cash back programs, there are no rotating categories or special activations required. You can choose to collect your cash back as you like or have it automatically deposited once a year.
The minimum credit limit is $5,000.
Every Visa Signature card includes discounts or upgrades at select hotels, wineries, golf courses and chauffeur services. Additionally, a personal concierge can assist you with travel plans, event reminders and more.
You can be notified whenever a purchase on your card exceeds an amount you choose. These alerts can be set up independently for each card on your account. You can also enable other alerts through online banking for account logins, withdrawals, transfers and more.
◂Cash back rate of 2% requires inclusion in Loyalty Program by enrolling in eDocs and maintaining either direct deposit of at least $250 to Veridian monthly or, if unavailable, a minimum of 10 qualifying checking account transactions per month. Borrowers will receive standard cash back rate of 1.5% if they fail to meet Loyalty Program qualifications during the month.
