Can I change an authorized user’s password in business banking?
- Within the Business Administration, click Users. Click on the user, select either email, text or phone to send the temporary password
- Select Other, if business member wants that password sent to a different phone or email than that’s on the system
- Click Save Changes
- A temporary password will be sent to that individual to sign in
