Watching movies under the stars is fun for everyone. Veridian and the Independence Public Library have partnered to bring free movies to the community of Independence!

Join us for a movie on Friday, May 16, at 8:30 p.m. at River Walk Park's Band Pavilion in Independence.

Come early to participate in some fun activities! Adults and kids can try their hand at a bean bag toss game and win a Veridian gift. There will also be Kirby tattoos for kids. The first 100 kids will receive a free Veridian piggy bank. Bring a blanket or low-back style chair to enjoy the movie.

The rain date for the movie will be May 17.
