ArtShare is an award-winning program designed by Veridian Credit Union to increase the awareness of young artists in our community.
Select Veridian branches will display artwork created by local high school students,
including paintings, drawings, photography, jewelry, pottery and sculptures. Each piece of artwork is selected by the school's art department leaders and is professionally matted and framed for display.
Participating branches for 2014 include Ankeny Main, Blairs Ferry in Cedar Rapids and the Ansborough location in Waterloo. Artwork that will be displayed in Ankeny was created by Ankeny Christian Academy, Ankeny Centennial High School, and Ankeny High School students. Cedar Rapids will feature art created by Marion High School students. Artwork displayed in Waterloo was created by Columbus, Expo Alternative, Waterloo East, Waterloo West, and Valley Lutheran high school students.
Veridian Credit Union will host an ArtShare Premiere at each branch to give the student artists, their families and the
community the chance to view the new collection. Stop by anytime during our Premiere!
