Popup Blockers
Popups come in a variety of forms and are either wanted or unwanted. Wanted popups are initiated by the user - usually by clicking a link that opens a new window. All popups on our site fall into this category – examples would include: eStatements, Bill Payment, and online check reordering. Unwanted popups may include advertisements or surveys.

Some popup blockers may prevent wanted popup pages from opening properly. There are hundreds of popup blockers on the market today and not all blockers are created equal. Some are more aggressive than others and provide different levels of blocking. Popup blockers often exist on your pc without your knowledge, since they are commonly bundled with software such as, toolbars, browsers, ISP software, or even Windows Updates.

For our site to work properly, popups must be allowed. Because of the variety of popup blockers available, we are unable to supply detailed instructions for each. Most blockers allow you to add sites to an "allow" list. For others you can click a toolbar button to turn enable popups temporarily or hold the "CTRL" key while clicking a link. For detailed instructions, please refer to the manufacturer of your product.
