Upon bidding on an auction, you enter into a legally binding contract of
payment with Veridian Credit Union. You are obligated to complete the transaction with Veridian
if you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid)
and your bid is accepted.
By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's
description. Vehicles sold on Repo Auctions are sold in “as-is” condition. No warranty is
offered on the vehicles, and all bids placed are legally binding. Bids are not retractable
except in exceptional circumstances to be determined by Veridian Credit Union.
The winning bidder will be responsible for vehicle pick-up or delivery costs. For more information on vehicle pick-up and delivery charges, please contact Veridian Credit Union.
Deposit of $500 within 2 business days of auction close. Remaining balance to be within 5 business days of auction
close. All payments must be in the form of guaranteed funds. Vehicle is offered strictly as is, where is,
with no warranty expressed or implied. Any required repairs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer is responsible for vehicle transport. Seller reserves the right to cancel this auction at any
time for any reason, without prior notice, even if bids have been placed.
Non-compliance with this payment agreement will result in your permanent removal from Repo
Auctions and contract enforcement by Veridian Credit Union under the breach of Iowa contract law.
