To get started with Text Banking, sign up and enable your accounts for Mobile Banking. During this process, you will choose nicknames for each of your accounts. These nicknames will be used for Text Banking commands.
After your accounts are enabled, text one of the following commands to CU2GO (28246).
- PAY <nickname> <Dollar amount> <Date> – Pay bills with bill payment
- CALLME – A Veridian representative will call you back on your cell phone
- BAL – Receive the account balance for your default account
- BAL <nickname> – Receive the balance of the specified account
- HIST – Returns a list of your most recent transactions posted
- HIST <nickname> – Returns the most recent transactions for that account
- TRA <FROM: account nickname> <TO: account nickname > <transfer amount> – Transfers funds between two accounts
- ATM <ZIP> – Returns a list of the ATMs in the specified ZIP code
- BRANCH <ZIP> – Returns a list of the branches in the specified ZIP code
- GO – Access Mobile Web via a text message
- HELP – Returns Mobile Banking info and the contact number
- STOP – Deactivates mobile banking from phone

To transfer $20 from SAV to CHK, text the command: TRA SAV CHK $20
You can expect the response: Transfer of $20.00 from sav to chk is complete (#confirmation)
To view branch locations in Waterloo, text the command: BRAN 50701
Replace 50701 with your needed ZIP code
