- - - Elizabeth Caven has been appointed to fill the recently vacated position on the Board of Directors at Veridian Credit Union.
Caven, a Des Moines resident and Waterloo native, will serve on the Board until the Annual Meeting in spring 2010. To remain on the Board of Directors, she must then run for re-election.
Caven has owned several successful small businesses in Des Moines and currently serves as the marketing director of a national, non-profit organization.
