Veridian Credit Union celebrates 2011 at 78th Annual Meeting |

Waterloo, IA - - - On April 21, Veridian members, staff and board of directors celebrated highlights from 2011 at the 78th Annual Meeting. The celebration was held in Tama Hall at Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo. Before the meeting began, members could vote for Veridian’s board of directors. Five candidates were elected to three-year terms on Veridian’s board of directors – Pam Ayres, Bill Boevers, James Kacher, Bob Kressig and David R. Schultz One candidate was elected to a two-year term on Veridian’s board of directors – Joe Garcia At the organizational meeting held on April 23, the following officers were elected – Veridian Credit Union, founded in 1934 in Waterloo, Iowa, is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by its members.
